8th Annual National SACCO Conference

Uganda Cooperative Savings and Credit Union Limited is the National Apex for SACCOs in Uganda. The Union’s mission is to promote and empower the SACCO sector in Uganda by providing quality specialized financial and non-financial services for their sustainability

It is against this back ground that the Union has organized the 8^th Annual National SACCO Conference scheduled to take place on 26^th October 2023 at Hotel Africana-Kampala starting at 8:30AM under the theme: “Strategic Leadership for a Strong and Vibrant SACCO Sector”

Conference topics

1. Explore possible options for embracing inclusivity and diversity in SACCOs
2. Discuss the emerging risks in the SACCO sector
3. Appreciate the Board’s strategic oversight role in a successful SACCO
4. Discuss the various ways for SACCOs to embrace Environmental Social Governance

Who should attend?

Board representatives, Supervisory Board, Managers, Chief Executive Officers and Departmental representatives.

Attendance Fees

Each participant will be required to pay 200,000/= and 250,000/= For members and non-members respectively.
