CALL FOR APPLICATIONS FOR BOARD AND SUPERVISORY BOARD MEMBERS

Uganda Cooperative Savings and Credit Union Limited (UCSCU) invite applications from qualified and dedicated individuals to fill vacant positions on its Board. These positions will be filled during the upcoming UCSCU 50^th Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Vacant Positions:

• Chairperson (1)
• Vice Chairperson(1)
• Treasurer(1)
•  Board Members  (4) Board member representing Northern, Eastern, Central and the Western region
• Members of the Supervisory Board (3)

Eligibility Criteria:

• The SACCO Must be a fully subscribed member of Uganda Cooperative Savings and Credit Union Limited.
• Applicant MUST have at least four (4) years of experience in Cooperative Leadership.
• Must have a strong track record and be affiliated with a well-performing Savings and Credit Organization (SACCO).
• Applicants for the Supervisory Board must have relevant qualifications and experience in SACCO operations. A qualification in accounting and information communication and technology will be an added advantage.

NB: All applications will be vetted by the UCSCU Vetting Committee and only shortlisted candidates will be presented to the UCSCU 50^thAnnual General Meeting for election/ consent in accordance with UCSCU bye-laws
